Toxic Highway Recordings is a small, independent record label run by its founder/president Aaron Tom, as a means to self-release his diverse musical catalogue. Consisting of only four bands, THR aims to deliver in quality what it can't in quantity.
Though the label is still very much in its infancy (only two of the four bands signed have released any material), this store was nevertheless created to carry all of the label's future releases, as well as those from yesteryear.
The label also contains a very unique approach to business: Each album is made available for FREE online, allowing users to listen to each album before they purchase it. Listeners are then encouraged to purchase the album if they enjoy it, with all proceeds going toward helping the label to grow.
To give each album a "hand-made" feel, and to ensure the highest possible quality for every project we are a part of, each album is produced entirely within our studio; from designing the CD cover art, to the burning of the actual album, and even right down to the shipping of the product itself, it's all done right here. This ensures that we are producing our product at the lowest possible cost, allowing us to pass savings on to you! That's why every album is offered for $7...INCLUDING SHIPPING! You won't find deals like that with the big-wigs!
